Sharikat Fanniya Omaniya (Salalah) LLC, was formed in 1972 jointly with African & Eastern Trading Co. of U.K, Popularly known as SFO, which means ‘The Technical Company of Oman’, our popular logo SFO also envisioned service for Oman. In line with this vision, SFO specialized in providing air-conditioning equipment and services to valued clients at all levels including several prestigious sites like Palaces, Ministerial Buildings, Banks, Hotels and Commercial Establishments. At the same time in response to the market need, SFO started trading activities with well-known consumer products such as RAINBOW milk, EVEREADY batteries, ALGOR domestic appliances, BELLING kitchen equipment and other world-renowned brands.In 1978, the African and Eastern shares in SFO were bought by Omani Partners, thus SFO is now a 100% Omani Company. SFO widened its horizons.Activities such as Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution, Potable Water production & Distribution, Irrigation Systems Network etc., were undertaken with success. Building services activities such as Plumbing Electrification were also added to the activities of Technical Contracts Divisions.SFO Trading Division expanded its role by selling construction chemicals, water treatment chemicals & equipment, industrial detergents, industrial and commercial light fittings,etc.Today SHARIKAT FANNIYA OMANIYA (SALALAH) LLC. Is an Excellent Grade Contracting Firm In the field of Electro-Mechanical and Air Conditioning.SFO has 5 major Operational Divisions, viz.1) Electro-Mechanical Contracting Division.2) Air Conditioning Contracting Division.3) Trading / Merchandising Division.4) Transmission & Distribution Division.5) Renewable Energy Division.Each Division is headed by qualified Professional managers, assisted by experienced engineers in their respective fields.

While expanding to new markets, we are aiming to be the MEP contractor of important projects by maintaining our high quality and reputation, looking forward to establishing partnerships with global players in the sector, and carrying out sustainability with risk and cost control. The Board of Directors and senior management are constantly monitoring activities according to our strategy.

During the periodic and frequent management meetings, the performance of the company is kept under control, and new targets and strategies are determined, if necessary.
